Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time – There is no penalty or cancellation fee. You don’t need to give us any reason for cancellation. To make it helpful for us, we ask for a courtesy notice of 30 days in advance. Please note that in case you want to save data, such as your customer records and photos etc., you would need to do so prior to cancelling. Note: If you purchased design services and were approved to split the fee to several payments, any remaining balance should be paid in full prior to cancellation.

Support
dbDirector Pro plans include full-time, around the clock admin support and tech support. To make dbDirector more affordable to small-medium size businesses, we divided our service componenets so you, our customer, can choose the features best fit your needs. Therefore, the dbDirector Basic plans Include server maintenance but do not include admin support. You can add admin support to your existing plan at any time.

Privacy
We do not sell, share or otherwise provide your members' contact information to any third party. You are the sole owner of the information you enter in your account, including your members' names and contact info. Therefore you are responsible for any claim you receive from your members. To make sure our software is not exploited, we ask you to tell us about your business when you sign up. Also, we encourage you to write your own privacy policy and tell your members what kind of use you are going to do with their information. You can edit your privacy policy at any time using the control panel.

dbDirector adheres to the Federal Trade Commission regulations, credit card companies and the Internet Service Providers specifications in regards to gathering data online and practicing opt-in email marketing. dbDirector believes that respecting and protecting the privacy of internet users benefits both consumers and businesses.
